Fried chicken and waffle sandwich purveyor Bruxie has debuted its first international concept in Seoul, South Korea, at Lotte World Mall. The location opened in partnership with franchisee Jae Jung of Bold 4 Ltd., who plans to open 10 Bruxie locations, with the next one opening in November.
