Located in the heart of Miami’s Coconut Grove neighborhood, Amal is a lush Lebanese restaurant that beautifully transforms from daytime to evening.

INK Entertainment Group opened Amal Miami in May of 2022. The menu and design pay homage to CEO and Founder Charles Khabouth’s Lebanese roots.

Inspired by Lebanon’s sandy shores and contemporary Mediterranean architecture, designers at Studio Munge crafted a calming and curated space for guests to explore Chef Wissam Baki’s modern Lebanese menu.

A soft palette of dusty rose, muted terracotta and pastel blues complement the natural raked oak wainscotting that runs throughout the space. Arched portals connect the open kitchen, bar and dining room. Whimsical, 8-foot wide light fixtures hang from the two-story ceiling. The oversized pendants, made from woven baskets, are inspired by coconut husks found in the grove nearby.

Glass shelves float above the leathered marble bar, displaying tableware and a collection of sculptural earthenware artifacts curated by international art consultant GZ Art Co and handcrafted by ceramic artist Ben Medansky.
