Mario Echeverria

Mario Echeverria is the Founder and President of Echeverria Design Group (EDG) and EDG Architecture LLC, award-winning interior design and architecture firms specializing in retail, hospitality, and commercial spaces. With over 40 years of experience, Mario and his team has worked with some of the most recognized brands in the world, including Macy's, Bloomingdale's, and Mayors / Watches of Switzerland Jewelers. His collaborative design philosophy, coupled with an eye for detail and functionality, has made him a sought-after leader in commercial design.

Ayelet Masica

Ayelet Masica is a senior designer at CORE with over a decade of experience shaping immersive customer and guest experiences across restaurants, retail, and hotels. She collaborates with restaurant groups, chefs, hoteliers, retailers, and developers to create spaces that seamlessly merge aesthetics, brand identity, and operational efficiency. Her portfolio spans fine dining establishments, fast-casual concepts, large-scale food halls, and prototype designs, all distinguished by their ability to captivate guests while supporting seamless service and functionality. She takes a holistic approach to design, ensuring that each space harmonizes with its surroundings and enhances the overall hospitality experience.

Her work portfolio includes Tributer Resort, a large-scale hotel and resort development, delivering world-class hospitality and residential amenities; DoubleTree by Hilton hotel renovation involving new restaurant, guest room upgrades, event space improvements, and public area transformations; F&B design playbooks for Hilton’s lifestyle brands for implementation at multiple locations worldwide; food hall and dining areas for Royal Caribbean cruise ship, and Chai Pani, a full-service Indian restaurant with outdoor patio. Ayelet graduated with a Master of Fine Arts in Interior Design from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from Goucher College.

Jill Ventura

With over 30 years in the restaurant and hospitality industry, Jill brings a deep understanding of operations and a client-centric mindset shaped by her roots as a culinary-trained restaurant operator. Her passion for service, trend awareness, and strategic thinking enables her to uncover growth opportunities and foster lasting partnerships.

Jill has collaborated with clients across quick-serve, fast casual, casual, and fine dining brands, leveraging Harrison’s in-house capabilities to deliver tailored, commercially driven solutions.

Outside of work, she’s a dedicated gardener, wine enthusiast, and culinary explorer who brings the same creativity to her kitchen as she does to her career.
