Salt & Straw opened its first Las Vegas Strip locations at Paris Las Vegas and Flamingo Las Vegas, expanding the brand’s footprint into two high-traffic resort environments. The scoop shops debuted Dec. 31 and are positioned at the base of the Eiffel Tower replica at Paris Las Vegas and within Flamingo Las Vegas.
Both locations launched with a curated opening menu, “The Icons Series,” featuring a selection of the brand’s signature flavors developed by co-founder and head ice cream maker Tyler Malek.
Founded by cousins Kim and Tyler Malek, Salt & Straw is known for its rotating, theme-driven menus and emphasis on experiential retail. The Las Vegas locations will offer the brand’s core flavors alongside its monthly rotating selections, reinforcing its established model of combining product innovation with community-focused storytelling. Caesars Entertainment, which operates both resorts, positioned the openings as an addition to its broader culinary portfolio on the Las Vegas Strip.
