In a survey fielded in June to restaurant development + design magazine readers, 55% said that business is down or flat so far in 2025. Of those, 36% said they were seeing a downturn in business so far this year. The remaining 19% said business has been flat.
The remaining 45% said business was on the upswing in 2025.
