The Brass Tap signed a five-unit development deal in Modesto, Calif.
The Upscale craft beer bar and restaurant chain expects to open its first unit by December 2019.
“We currently have two locations in California, Rocklin and Vacaville. Modesto provides a similar demographic to these cities with a younger population that enjoys exploring the local craft beer scene,” said Jamie Cecil, vice president of franchise development for The Brass Tap.
Franchisee Rick Sousa, who currently works in business development for Dust Bowl Brewing Company in Modesto, will own and operate the new locations. Currently, The Brass Tap has nearly 50 locations across 22 states.
