Houston-based fast-casual salad concept Salata will work with franchisee Grafton Way Restaurant Group to open eight new locations in southern Texas.
Target areas include Victoria, Laredo, Corpus Christi and McAllen.
Salata has more than 70 locations across Texas, Oklahoma, Illinois, Georgia and Southern California.
