Gravitas is a 28,000-square-foot members-only club that offers open-air dining, private rooms, wine lockers and a recording studio for podcasters and other projects. Designed by Kelly Architects, the space is opulent and highly customized. Three custom murals pay homage to the city of Los Angeles, and many of the amenities reflect the concerns and hobbies of people in the entertainment business.
The dining area is large and offers a wide variety of comfortable seats, from private rooms to secluded booths to a cozy bar. Dining in the The Vault means being surrounded by members’ wine lockers, housing bottles accessed via a biometric security system. A second-floor loft offers a private space with top-quality A/V amenities for private screenings.
A retractable conservatory roof allows for year-round comfort on the patio, while heated floors provide a comfortable year-round spot. The patio floor features an inlaid map of Beverly Hills.
The design team sourced ethical materials and worked with local vendors to ensure the integrity of the project upon completion and beyond.
