Ping Pang Pong, a Chinese restaurant inside the Gold Coast Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, unveiled a redesigned and expanded space.

The new restaurant now seats more than 300 guests, making it 50 percent larger than its original space.

Upon entering, guests encounter a dark walnut screen and a modern interpretation of a Chinese pergola with a backdrop of clean modern wood paneling. Two authentic foo dog sculptures acquired from China flank the entry portal.

Inside, the reception area showcases a host station designed to resemble a Chinese apothecary cabinet and an array of silk lanterns festooned with red tassels hangs overhead. A tea servery anchors the front quarter of the seating area, while at the back, a large framed opening offers a glimpse of the bustling kitchen. The all-new Ping Pang Pong also features a private banquet room (pictured below) capable of hosting nearly 100 guests for private events.

Despite an all-new space,  the restaurant retains its original menu, including dim sum service on classic pushcarts from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Ping Pang Pong's expansion marks the latest in a series of restaurant debuts at Boyd Gaming properties nationwide.
