Russo’s Restaurants, the corporate parent of Russo’s New York Pizzeria and Russo’s Coal-Fired Kitchen, debuted a new fast-casual concept in Houston.
Simply called Russo’s, the new fast-casual Italian concept features freshly made New York-pizza and classic homemade pastas. The concept also offers giant party pizzas and house-made mozzarella.
The prototype concepts in development currently span 1,200 to more than 4,000 square feet. The design features an open kitchen and counter service with options for dine-in, takeout, delivery and catering.
One franchisee plans to open more locations in Houston and two additional new concept locations are set to open in Austin, Texas, later this summer.
