Brentwood, Tenn.-based Blue Coast Burrito opened its second location in Murfreesboro, Tenn.
This location continues the company’s “surf-Mex” theme with a design that mixes ocean blues and rustic woods and surfing-inspired décor. The Murfreesboro unit marks the chain’s 10th location, 5 of which are franchised. Blue Coast Burrito plans to open a sixth franchised location in Jackson, Tenn., later this year.
