The group behind Chicago-based fast-casual concept Protein Bar has opened a sister concept in Chicago’s Loop neighborhood called Thrive360 Eatery.
Thrive360 Eatery features nutrient-rich offerings, such as a club wrap with turkey bacon and “grains and greens” offerings.
The new restaurant is designed as an “urban oasis.” The layout, the operators say, is designed for efficiency while maintaining a calm, peaceful environment. It features wood-style flooring and paneling with a natural flowing grain. Gentle curves in furnishings and the footprint help create a soothing feel, while digital displays feature murals of sun-scapes, created with photos provided by guests.
