“Better burger” chain Smashburger announced that it has opened two new locations on college campuses.
These restaurants are at Kean University in Union, N.J. and Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, Mich.
These are the third and fourth Smashburger University locations. The chain also has operations at Texas A&M University and Notre Dame University.
Fort Worth, Texas-based Gatti’s Pizza has also announced a university expansion. The chain signed a deal with the University of Texas at Austin.
The chain will now have several locations at the university’s sports venues, including three in its football stadium, two in its basketball arena, and one each in its baseball field and soccer/track field.
